SKIN DETOX DAY THREE - FOUR MORE TO GO

DAY THREE

Today was a much easier day , my energy is back thanks to all the clean eating and water intake . My favorite part of today's progress is difference in my skin I have a bit of my glow back and and blemishes are much lighter and some are non existant . 

On day three I kept my routine the same , with the le mer gel cleanser and acne lotion at night then washing again in the am and using la mer during the day . 

So excited about the changes in my skin can't wait for day four !
