What we do know is that hair three stages anogen, telogen , catogen .
In the anogen stage the hair grows.
 
In the telogen stage is stays stagnant.
 
In the catogen stage it fall out to regenerate.
 
So we know the phases attribute to the fall out and about 90 to 100 strands is normal for daily shedding.
 
FOOD MATTERS !
 
Good fats are necessary ... look for foods with walnuts, avocado,  fish , and flaxseed. Swap your sodium enriched salad dressing with oil/vinegar . Change your oil for frying to olive oil and you will have a good sources.
 
CALM YOUR HORMONES !
 
Going through any stage where you hormones are on a high you need to flush it out with antioxidants and most importantly ..WATER!
 
GIVE YOUR SCALP SOME LOVIN'
Lack of blood flow can cause your follicles and everything in it to die out because nutrients aren't reaching them . Rubbing your head for 2-5 minutes with an essential oil like rosemary/jojoba are stimulating and hydrating killing two birds with one stone.
 
CLOGGED FOLLICLES
Just like the pores on your face , your follicles can be clogged as well .
What will clog them ? Products placed on the scalp and left there such as gel are a big cause because the high amounts of alcohol also cause the area to dry out clogging follicles with skin cells.
Make sure on a day with an abundance of product make it a point to wash out all the products and rinse conditioner thoroughly off your scalp.
 
PUMP IT UP !
With iron of course good sources are dark leafy vegetables, dried fruit , and the best way to get your iron in is with vitamin c . Add some berries into your life and keep it movin'
