TO LOB OR NOT TO LOB ; THAT IS THE QUESTION

 

Giuliana Rancic was one of the first to have the Ombre trend and was consistently in every one of my clients smartphones for the look they are trying to achieve.

 

Now, this trend pioneer has moved on to the shorter end of the spectrum.

 

 

 

 

How you know the "Lob" is for you ..

 

1. Hair type is key . Having a smooth texture is ideal . I wouldn't recommend a cut this short on unruly frizzy hair being that their wouldn't be any weight to hold down hair and stop it from looking like an afro

 

     2.Bone structure , typically if you have a round face you wouldn't go super short . Keep the length just touching the collar bone. *PRO TIP: doing a very long bang/shorter angle just near cheek bones will add structure to your face. If you have a LONG face you want to keep the length again at your collar bone but angle around your face from between your cheek bone and jaw to bring more hair around your face and take attention away from a lengthy face.
