There's something to be said about long healthy hair . Being your hair and skin are the window to your health, wouldn't you want it to look it's best ?

Many a time I can tell someone's diet just by the texture of their hair. As a culture we are always looking for the next best product . That very product that will provide the instant full , shiny , salon quality hair .

Regardless of acknowledging it or not you truly are what you eat . So eat healthy hair and you'll have it . Just kidding don't go pulling a Suarez on the pretty blonde on front of you in the grocery store. However , what you can do in the grocery store is pick up a few good fats and have them in the morning when they have their greatest effect burning bad fats.

If we take a step back and look at our diets we will find that direct correlation to what we look like .

Health is a gift why waste it and why not be grateful for it by taking care ? Gratitude is attitude .
