FaceTime - basics


You need to walk before you run .. 
Here are the basics for your skin.


1. Sleep - in a perfect world everyone would get 8 hours in . Aim for that ,turn off your tv , cut off caffeine by two and sleep .

2. Hydrate - water , it's essential to flush out toxins in your body . Toxins leave our bodies many different ways but why not rid of them in a way no one sees.

3. Exfoliate - doing this two to three times a week depending on your skin type will help to remove excess layers or dead skin blocking your radiance .

4. Vitamin c - if your skin can handle it , having a moisturizer or mask with vitamin c enzymes help to bring out that radiance , hence JLO glow .

5. Take it  off - your makeup cannot be left on matter what . Even after a night out using a make up wipe will be a pore saver.

6. SPF - no matter what temperature it is outside make sure to stay protected .

7. Minimize - have a routine , have it down pat without being to many steps remember , less is always more and will keep you from being discouraged .
